Methods of payment

We accept card payments both online and over the telephone. All online payment details are validated and processed by Protx who use the very latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. However, since no credit card details are held on our website you will have to enter your card details every time you place an order with us. The cards we accept are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro & Solo.

Exchange Rates

The default currency displayed on our site is GB Pounds Sterling. You can change the currency by clicking on the flags on the right hand column. The exchange rates displayed are updated on a regular basis however the actual amount you will be charged will be the rate set by the banks at the time of your transaction.

Privacy

Please rest assured your privacy is a priority to us and we will not release any customer information to third parties. By ordering with us you will automatically be added to our e-mail list and will be sent 'e-shots' unless otherwise requested.

Pre-Orders

Ocassionally we will have new items available to pre-order on the website, it will state on the product page if an item is on pre-order and an approximate date for the arrival of the new product will be given (we cannot guarantee the arrival date). If you make a pre-order your card will be charged but you can still cancel the order if you wish to up until the arrival date. If you have ordered in stock items on the same order as pre-order item we will ship the in stock items first and the pre-order items will follow when they arrive. If you have made a pre-order and wish to enquire about it please do not hesitate to e-mail us.

Add-on Products and Discounts

Some products on the website will have the option to add an additional product/s for a discounted price (subject to availability). If you wish to return an item that you have bought as part of an add-on products discount you must return both/all products if you require a refund, if you wish to exchange an item you have bought from the offer you can return just the item you wish to exchange but this can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size not a different product of the same value.

Delivery

UK Mainland

This service is a flat rate of £3.95 or FREE on orders over £70.00. Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 working days (please allow 15 working days for unforeseen circumstances). Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery.

Contact us to upgrade to UK Next Day shipping at an added cost.

Europe (Including Republic of Ireland)

This service is £9.95 on orders weighing up to 500g and £11.95 on orders weighing over 500g. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 3 to 15 working days. For security reasons orders within Europe(outside of the UK) can only be shipped to the card holders address, alternative shipping addresses will not be accepted.

Rest of World

This Service is a flat rate of £14.95 and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For or by Business Post and will usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days. For security reasons international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address, alternative shipping addresses will not be accepted.

As all of our shipping methods require a signatuire upon delivery we advise you choose a shipping address you know you will be at between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available to sign for your package a card will be left by the carrier instructing you what to do. Please read the card carefully, follow the instructions and do not throw it away. If your package is returned to us due to failure to collect/sign for, we will unfortunately have to apply a second delivery charge before your order can be shipped again. If a package is returned to us due to not being signed for/collected and you then request to cancel your order shipping costs will not be refunded, if you have received free shipping £3.95 will be deducted from the value of the goods being refunded.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Fight Superstore we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason a Fight Superstore product does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us in its original packaging and unused condition (not tags removed). We must receive returns within 14 days of the despatch date. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit or refund. Please include in your return a cover note along with your customer I.D. number & date of placing order or simply a copy of the original packing slip. It is very helpful to us if you indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit or refund. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are not refunded. All extra shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer. If you are returning an item for an exchange the return postage cost of £2.95 will be charged to your card automatically once we are ready to ship the item.  We advise that customers send all returns via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it is the customers responsability to return items to us and no refund/exchange can be given if we do not receive your return due to it being lost in the post.

Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds on SALE/DISCOUNTED items unless the goods are faulty, you can return sale items to exchange for a product/s of the same value or more, any difference in price will have to be paid.

Faulty Goods

If you suspect any item/s you receive is faulty please return it to us immediately so the item can be inspected, some items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and this process can take up to 21 days, if your item/s is found to be faulty we will provide you with an exact exchange, where this is not possible we may offer you a similar product or a refund. Please send all returns to the address below.

Items received after 14 days or items that are not returned in the original condition and packaging cannot be refunded/credited/posted back to the customer.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for DVD's, Books, Groin Guards, Mouth Guards or underwear unless the item/s are defective.
