Shadowboxer VRT II
The Shadowboxer VRT is a revolutionary low impact, strength and resistance training belt for people interested in getting fit. The VRT's compact and portable construction means that is can be used pretty much anywhere from gyms, studios, dojo's, parks and for in-home use and even hotel rooms if you travel. It is easily incorporated into aeorbics, boxing, martial arts, pilates, in-home workouts or as a substitute for light, high rep weight training. Your body is the gym machine so no need for bulky equipment. The VRT II is ideal if you regularly use the varying resistance bands to achieve different loads. This may be in a class environment, if more than one person in a household uses it, or you desire the ultimate flexibility for your routine. It therefore incorporates 'quick release' into the handles and belt.

VRT consists of:
- Injection moulded TPU ventilated belt, velcro securing strap (three sizes available) and gyroscopic pivot fixing points for resistance cords, maximising dynamic maneuverability.
- Three pairs of resistance cords, light, medium and hard, so you can tailor the resistance of your training session to suit your fitness level and experience.
- Two ergonomic handles with adjustable rubber securing straps and gyroscopic fixing points to the resistance cords. This enables 'open hand' use of the resistance device.

DVD contains:
- Lesson from Paul Briggs WBC, Light Heavyweight contender demonstrating correct punching techniques & dynamic combinations.
- 30 minute choreographed fitness class to music.
- Virtual personal trainer demonstrating a range of uses for improving strength and fitness. Each exercise shows the muscle groups affected.
What's the difference between VRTI & II ?
VRT II includes quick release buttons on the hand grips and belt fixings to allow users to quickly and efficiently switch between the different resistance cords. This enables you to easily vary your workout structure or is particularly useful where the devices are used by different people regularly e.g. at choreographed gym or martial arts classes where people require different levels of resistance.
VRT II is available in three sizes S, M, L , whereas VRT I has two sizes S/M, M/L.
